How do I get the best burn from my candle?
On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edge of the container before putting it out. This usually takes a couple of hours and stops the candle from tunnelling. Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each burn.
How long should I burn a candle at a time?
Follow the care instructions on your candle. As a general rule, avoid burning any candle for more than 4 hours at a stretch, then let it cool before relighting.
Is it safe to leave a candle burning?
No. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets, curtains and anything that can catch fire. Place it on a heat-resistant surface.
Do you deliver across India?

Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, on eligible PIN codes and order values. Checkout shows whether it is available for your order.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and photos. Our returns policy explains the time limit and what happens next.
